Colour

The crisp fresh bright purple colour indicates that the fruit received plenty of sunshine during the day and experienced many cool nights during its ripening period.

Bouquet

The bouquet is fruity, ripe with aromas of plums and chocolate and a hint of pepper and mint.

Palate

It was the wine-maker’s intentions to create a medium-bodied Shiraz which exhibits intense flavours of plums, raisins and chocolate with peppery overtones and soft integrated tannins.

Food Matching

Enjoy this wine with beef, lamb, game, duck, and spicy Asian food. This wine is also pleasant to be enjoyed on its own.

Store at a stable temperate of between 10°C to 18°C with moderate humidity, lying flat and away from bright light.
