Tasting Notes
Colour
The Mediterranean style climate of the vineyard and the slow
ripening of the fruit impart upon this wine its pleasant deep ruby red colour with a hint of purple.
Bouquet
The warm days and cool nights add great complexity to this wine
that exhibits scents of Cinnamon, cloves, and black peppers, with fresh earthy aromas accompanied by hints of violet and vanilla.
Palate
This medium-bodied wine presents great complexity and balance
between ripe cherry, plum fruits and cinnamon, clove spice, accompanied by a hint of floral flavour. The French oak
barrels add soft vanilla and smooth integrated tannins, which leave a long lingering finish.

Food Matching
This lighter styled red wine partners wonderfully with lamb,
chicken, Italian and Asian cuisines. It is also excellent on its own.
